Age: 30

Location & back story:
Born in the city (7th generation Chicagoan, ya’ll!) and went to school by O’Hare. Currently live in Wrigleyville – hate the hood, love my huge apartment and cheap rent.

Describe yourself in 140 characters.
Extremely intuitive, loyal, and passionate. An introvert. Determined and creative. Love to daydream about travel. Sarcastic, funny, weird.

Current career/field?
I’m a Digital Marketing Manager for a San Francisco-based startup and a freelance blogger. I love what I do and I get to spend my day in PJs (but don’t tell anyone).

Three random things about yourself?
I recently found a letter I wrote to future myself for a class project in HS and discovered that I had accomplished every single goal and dream that was listed – and didn’t even realize it. I was once on the cover of the Red Eye, which made for the most awkward morning commute EVER. In the winter, I sometimes take three or more bubble baths per day. I get cold a lot, okay?

Why are you single?
I’ve been in “work in progress”/transition mode over the last several years, so I remained single by choice. Now? I can’t motivate myself to actually date.

Describe your current dating life in one sentence.
Water, water everywhere, but not a drop (I want) to drink.

What job would you be doing if you weren’t doing your current one?
I’d love to be an editor for a travel magazine – or even just a *paid* travel blogger. Wassup, Condé Nast?

Favorite quote about life/dating/relationships?
Less about dating, more about life in general: “Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.”

What are you looking for?
Someone who has similar values – is a genuinely kind, caring person, has ethics/morals (but isn’t a total pushover). Someone who is spiritual, self-aware, introspective, continually works towards self-improvement and isn’t scared to pursue what makes him happy. I’m a sucker for a good face and nice lips/smile. Oh, and he has to understand my weird humor, or all bets are off.

Let's take things to the next level.
